Overview
A Shipping Wallet requires at least one payment method to remain on file. To replace an existing credit card, add a new payment method before removing the current credit card.
Update the Credit Card
Update the credit card associated with a Shipping Wallet by completing the following steps:
- Add a second payment method. Before removing the current credit card, at least one other payment method must be on file. Navigate to Billing and add a new credit card or other payment method.
- Remove the primary payment method. After the second payment method has been saved, remove the original credit card from the account.
Note: If the payment method cannot be updated on the current page, continue with the current payment method, and set up a refund after the plan has been charged.
