We don't discuss UPS Mail Innovations' service levels in this guide, but you can find them here.

Rating
UPS offers real time rates, which we can return once your set up your UPS account with EasyPost.
Negotiated Rates
If you have negotiated rates with UPS, they will be returned by default. If you're having issues with your negotiated rates not being reflected within EasyPost, there are a few things to double check:
- There are a few configuration steps on the UPS side required in order to see your contract rates reflected through their API. More details can be found here.
- Some contract rates may be based on dimensional weight tiers. If this applies to you, please make sure you're specifying a length, width, and height in your Parcel objects.
- If your account is set up to receive negotiated rates depending on carrier package type, please make sure you're specifying any necessary Predefined Packages in your request.
If you're still having issues, please reach out to support@easypost.com.
