Overview
Nexus’ Bulk Buy feature is a fast and easy way to manage and purchase shipping labels for multiple orders simultaneously. Using the multiselect tool and the action buttons above the Order Fulfillment table, users can:
- Select Packaging
- Choose Carrier Service
- Buy a Label
- Print a Label
Note: For orders that require additional configuration, try manually processing the order.
Select Orders
Use the multi-select tool to choose multiple orders.
Set Packaging
Select the Set Packaging button to assign the same packaging to multiple orders.
Select from the following options:
- Available packages: Available packages are added via the Packages settings page or when manually creating a shipping label (See Manage Packages and Manually Purchase Shipping Label).
- Custom Packages: Enter new package dimensions and weight. Custom packages are only used for the selected shipments and are not available for future shipments.
Select Carrier Service
Click the Select Carrier Service button to assign the same carrier service to multiple orders. By default, Luma Cheapest is selected to guarantee each of the selected orders receives the lowest possible rate. However, users can select Luma Fastest to opt for quick delivery or manually select a carrier and service.
Note: The Luma Cheapest and Luma Fastest options may result in different carrier service selections for each of the orders based on the individual orders’ destination location and weight.
Buy Labels
Click Buy Labels to quickly purchase a label for all selected orders. Each order must have a valid destination address, item weight, packaging, and carrier service before purchasing the labels.
Review a summary of the selected orders, organized by carrier service. Click Buy Labels or Buy and Print Labels.
The Buy and Print option allows users to open and print the label for each order directly from the confirmation screen.
After purchasing the labels, the Order Fulfilment table displays the carrier service that was used and allows users to print the shipping label.
