Overview
Nexus’ Quick Buy feature is a fast and easy way to manage order details and print shipping labels from the Orders page. Using inline editing on the Order Fulfilment table, users can:
- Select Packaging
- Choose Carrier Service
- Buy a Label
- Print a Label
Note: For orders that require additional configuration, try manually processing the order.
Select Packaging
Use the Package dropdown to select from pre-configured packages. The default packing is automatically selected.
Available packages are added via the Packages Settings page or when manually creating a shipping label (See Manage Packages and Manually Buy Shipping Label).
Choose Carrier Service
Use the Shipment dropdown to choose from a list of available carrier services or select Luma AI’s recommended Luma Cheapest and Luma Fastest options.
Buy Label
Click Buy Label in the appropriate order’s row to quickly purchase a label. All items in the order must have a weight and the order must have a valid address in order to properly determine carrier rates and purchase the label.
Note: If shipping with Luma Cheapest or Luma Fastest, the selected result will appear in the Shipment column after buying the label.
Print Label
Select the Print Label button to open a printable PDF of the label in a new window.
