How do I print test labels on Lightspeed?
Enter your test API key onto Lightspeed's site. From there, you will use your test key to generate test shipments. You shouldn't be charged for test shipments.

I'm having trouble getting my Lightspeed shipments out, what should I do?
Lightspeed's current to_address object only uses the country and zip for rating, which isn't enough information for most carriers to create a label or give accurate rates. There are two solutions to this issue - recreating the shipment on Lightspeed's side, or using a curl command to create and purchase postage from Easypost directly. You will have to talk to Lightspeed about how you display specific rates to customers. EasyPost will always return the cost from the carriers directly.
