Understanding the various user roles and permissions in the EasyPost Dashboard is key to effective user management.

Admin Agent | Complete access to the EasyPost Dashboard, including the Members tab. |
Business Operations Agent | Complete access to the EasyPost Dashboard, but cannot access Member Management. |
Developer Agent | Access to menus that support integration. This includes Shipments, Carriers, API keys, and more. |

Step-by-Step Instructions
Add a User
- Log in to EasyPost and navigate to Account Settings.
- Select the Members tab. (Only Admin Agents have access)
- Select Add User to the right of the screen.
- Input the Email address of the new user.
- Choose the designated role for the new user from the list of Permissions.
- Select Send Invitation. An invitation will be sent to the new user. Once the user accepts the invitation and creates their login credentials, their status will update in the Members tab.
Edit or Disable a User
- Log in to EasyPost and navigate to Account Settings.
- Select the Members tab. (Only Admin Agents have access)
- Find the user in the list and select the three stacked dots (Ellipsis or Kebab Menu) to view more options.
- Edit role: Used to change the permission level of the user.
- Disable user: Removes all user permissions.
Disabled users can easily be re-enabled by following Step 3 above and selecting Enable User.
