Overview
eHub is a shipping aggregation platform that provides access to multiple carriers through eHub Orchestrate.
Through the EasyPost API, eHub supports domestic U.S. shipments, enabling merchants to retrieve rates, generate labels, void shipments, and receive tracking updates.

Pickups
Pickup operations for eHub shipments are managed outside of the EasyPost API and are coordinated directly through eHub.
Pickup requirements vary based on shipment volume and carrier configuration.
Bill of Lading (BOL)
Some shipments require a Bill of Lading (BOL) for pickup.
- High-volume shipments (typically over 200 packages per day) may require a BOL for daily pickups.
- Lower-volume shipments may not require a BOL and are handled through standard pickup processes.
- Some carriers require a shipper-specific BOL that includes daily package, pallet, or container counts. Please coordinate with an eHub Representative for specific details.
