A shipper account must be created directly with ePost Global. Once an account number is issued, it can be added to the EasyPost Carrier Account dashboard or via the EasyPost API to enable label purchasing and tracking.
Q: How are rates handled for ePost Global?
ePost Global rates are provided through carrier-supplied rate cards. When an account is first added, EasyPost may return a placeholder rate (for example, $0.01) until the rate card is installed.
To enable accurate rates, obtain the rate card from ePost Global and contact EasyPost Support to request installation.
Q: Does ePost Global support live rating?
Live rating is not supported. Rates are calculated using uploaded rate tables provided by the carrier.
