Shipment Options
The following shipment options can be passed in the shipment.options object when creating a shipment:

to_address.zip: Required for all shipments. Rates and label purchases will fail if not provided. -
carrier_accounts: Specify a GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce carrier account. -
service: Select from available GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce service levels based on hub and delivery speed.

Label Behavior
- GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce generates labels and returns them to EasyPost.
- Labels may be fulfilled by last-mile carriers such as:
- OSM (economy services)
- LaserShip (expedited services)
- The
from_addresson the label may differ from the shipment request. The carrier may substitute a local hub address as the return address.
FAQs
Q: Why are no rates returned?
- Ensure
to_addess.zipis included. - Confirm the selected hub aligns with the shipment.
Q: Why am I only seeing certain services?
If an origin_hub is configured on the carrier account, only services matching that hub are returned.
Q: Why does the label show a different return address?
GOFO/CIRRO E-Commerce may replace the return address with a local hub address for operational purposes.
