You may have been receiving these emails from Australia Post:
This automated email means that Australia Post requires all shipments to be manifested and that these particular shipments indicated in the email have not been manifested. Shipments are considered un-manifested by the carrier when a scan form has not been created for them. You have two options to resolve this: 1) Manifest the shipments or 2) Void the shipments.
To manifest the shipments, you will add all unmanifested shipments to a batch and then manifest the batch. Within our system, we refer to manifests as scan forms. To batch or create a scan form please follow this documentation:
