Service Levels
APC offers multiple international service levels. Available services depend on the shipper’s APC account configuration and destination.
ACTION REQUIRED: APC has updated their service names. Effective February 11, 2026, EasyPost has updated the APC service names. This is a breaking change; all customers will need to update their integration to use these new service names to avoid service interruption.

Special Requirements
Postal Code requirement
Effective February 11, 2026, rate calls require the postal code to receive a successful rate response. Previously, the postal code was not required.
Tax Identifier support
APC supports EasyPost TaxIdentifiers. Tax identifier data is transmitted automatically to APC when shipment data is sent.
Unsupported services
APC Overnight is not supported. APC overnight is a separate UK-based carrier and is not affiliated with APC Postal Logistics.
