What should I do if I get errors while processing a batch of labels?
First, match the error message you get to our list of errors here. Once you match up the error message, you should be able to pinpoint the issue, fix it, and resend the batch.
Do all my scan forms need to be properly dated in order for the Batch object to work?
Yes. If any scan form has a label_date that's before the day the label is generated, the scan form will fail to generate.
