EasyPost currently supports US domestic shipments with First Mile, reaching customers wherever they are in the continental United States. We are currently looking into expanding this integration to include international options. First Mile is a multi-carrier e-commerce parcel solution providing a simple way for customers to save on shipping without compromising on transit times. First Mile leverages their wide network of international, domestic, and regional carriers to find the most optimized shipping option for their customers, based on the desired service level.
Supported Service Levels
- XParcelReturns - varies by origin / destination.
- XParcelPriority - transit times of 1 - 3 days.
- XParcelExpeditedPlus - transit times of 2 - 5 days.
- XParcelExpedited - transit times of 2 - 5 days.
- XParcelGround - transit times of 3 - 8 days.
This is determined on a per account basis by the First Mile carrier.
First Mile is live-rated via API call.
Billing flows directly through the carrier. EasyPost is not in the billing chain for First Mile.
Tracking is supported for First Mile.
Manual manifesting is not required or supported for First Mile.
