Note: DPD has multiple API's such as DPD Netherlands, DPD Ireland, DPD UK, and others. This integration is only for the DPD Germany API.
Registration on the DPD Portal
- Access the web portal and follow the Free registration link as illustrated on the figures below
Integration API is available only for the invoiced organization. Choose “Organization” address type and option “I would like to become an invoiced customer” in the Other Information section. If you already are an invoiced customer with assigned DelisId, choose the option “I am already an invoiced customer”. Fill in and submit the form providing all the required information. Specified email address will be your signing name – login. You will receive an email with further instructions to complete the registration.
After the registration is completed, contact the DPD integration team, that will approve your registration and activate your account. While activating your account, the DPD integration team will also approve your pickup addresses and bank account and assign the parcel range for you. Only approved pickup address and bank account can be used
After you go through these set up steps you should have access to the following credentials:
- WebConnect Username
- WebConnect Password
- DPD Customer Number
Register Your DPD Account Within EasyPost
Once you obtain these credentials you can use them to create a DPD account on the EasyPost Carriers Account Page. Additional guidance on this can be found in our Adding a Carrier guide.
