Forge provides a suite of reports and analytics dashboards designed to deliver parcel and API performance insights at both the organization and sub-account levels. These insights help optimize white-label shipping offerings for platforms and marketplaces using Forge.

Parcel Analytics
Forge offers real-time insights into parcel volume growth, delivery hotspots, and top customer accounts, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Technical API Analytics
Monitor API call activity, response times, errors, and other key metrics to evaluate and optimize integration performance.
Reports
Generating Reports
Reports can be generated via API or directly through the Reports page in the Forge platform.
To create a Report:
- Specify a start date and end date that are no more than 31 days apart.
- Include any optional parameters needed for additional filtering.
Report Statuses
Each report has a status indicating its processing state:
- new: Report data has been created.
- available: CSV file has been successfully generated.
- failed: Report generation was unsuccessful.
- empty: No data was found for the specified rage.
- null: No status has been assigned.
Child user data can be included in reports, but ReferralCustomer data is not yet supported.
