Is there a fee for using cards as a payment method?
Yes, a 3.75% convenience fee is charged during transfers made into the EasyPost wallet. These fees will appear in your Payment Logs report as a Convenience Fee transaction type.
Processing Time for Fund Transfers
How long does it take to process a transfer of funds with a card payment method?
Card transfers to your wallet are instant once initiated via automated processing or via a one time fund.
Prepaid Debit Cards
Can I use a prepaid debit card?
No, EasyPost does not support prepaid debit cards.
Storing Card Details
If I buy a label and checkout with a card, are my card details stored for later purchases?
Yes, if you purchased a label through the EasyPost dashboard and were prompted to input a card during checkout, the card details will have automatically been added to your account as a payment method. You can add, remove, or manage your payment methods by navigating to Account Settings > Billing.
