Onboarding

Users should reach out to Flexport to obtain an API Key to connect their Flexport account to EasyPost.

Rating

Rating is supported with our Flexport integration.

Parcel Weight and Size Limitations

Maximum parcel size limitations are as follows:

• 30 inches long
• 17 inches wide
• 8 inches tall
• 400 oz heavy (25 lbs)

Tracking

Tracking is supported with our Flexport integration.

Manifesting

Manifesting is not supported through our Flexport integration.

Refunding/Voiding Labels

Refunding/Voiding labels are not supported through our Flexport integration.

Pickups

Pickups are not supported through our Flexport integration.
