EasyPost has 4 different DPD carrier account integrations. If you find yourself running into an "Unauthorized" type of error, you may have entered your credentials into the wrong carrier account. See below the types of DPD accounts we support and which carrier account you will need to add to EasyPost to make sure you are adding the correct carrier account.
Here is a mapping of these integrations:
EasyPost Carrier Account Name | DPD Account Type |
DPD |
DPD Germany |
DPD UK | DPD UK |
DPD NL | DPD NL |
Interlink Express | DPD Local |
- "DPD":
- Our carrier account titled "DPD" is our DPD Germany integration. If you have a DPD Germany account, you can use this carrier account within EasyPost.
- "DPDUK":
- Our carrier account titled "DPD UK" is our DPD UK integration. If you have a DPD UK account, you can use this carrier account within EasyPost.
- "DPD NL":
- Our account titled "DPD NL" is our DPD NL integration. DPD NL is part of the DPD Group. Their domestic offerings include NL and EU, but no domestic options within the UK. International shipments will have only 1 service level called "INTERNATIONAL_EXPRESS".
- "Interlink Express":
- Our carrier account titled "Interlink Express" is our DPD Local integration. This would be UK domestic shipments. If you have a DPD local account, you can use this carrier account within EasyPost. DPD took over Interlink Express a while back and rebranded to "DPD Local". Our integration remains as "Interlink Express", so you will need to add an "Interlink Express" carrier account for correct authentication with your DPD Local account.
